Chris Unterberg works as Head Of Animation in the Augsburg-based TETSUO ANIMATION STUDIO. He spent all time since graduating from the University of Applied Sciences Augsburg with a degree in “Interactive Media” focused on character animation, both as an animator as well as animation lead at different companies and as a freelancer.
In 2021, Chris’ love for hand-key animation led him to co-found Tetsuo Animation to focus even more on the craft as well as building and supporting a local animation community. Since then, he’s busy building and leading an international team of animators, building efficient animation pipelines, and sharing the joy of lovingly crafted character animation.
