The talk will explore counterdisciplinary practices that challenge regimes of truth within contested contexts through gestures of absurdity, hedonism, and affect. It will present three research projects addressing themes of multispecies justice, rituals of unproductivity, urban joy, and data obfuscation. We will question disciplinarity from the need to reinvent the creative practice as a terrain of contestion between contemporary emergencies and active citizenship.
