  • DenkMal neu: Reinventing everyday ideas workshop @Gaswerk Kreativquartier

In this 3 day idea workshop we'll show and work on methods that will help you break out of your usual thinking. In cooperation with HSA_funkenwerk and the advertising agency raum208, you will have the opportunity to creatively develop old, familiar things and ideas into something new. In order to do that we offer you the chance to break out of your usual surroundings and visit the Gaswerk Kreativquartier (you may already know it as the home of the anual musical festival MODULAR).

Develop new products, services or business ideas based on existing ones. You can also expect exciting keynotes from restaurant owner and chef, Tobias Emminger and managing director of SWA Kreativwerk, Nihat Anac, as well as a look behind the scenes of the Gaswerk Kreativ-Quartier.

Get excited for...

Day 1: Opening, impulse lecture Tobias Emminger (owner of Ofenhaus) and workshop part I "reinventing everyday ideas".
Gain an insight into Tobias Emminger's creative cuisine. He shares what creativity means to him as he truly creates small culinary works of art with his dishes. Impressions: www.instagram.com/ofenhausaugsburg
In the workshop with Conny and Roman from raum208 you will gain new perspectives on well-known products.

Day 2: Workshop part II development, concept, product sketches, impulse lecture and small guided tour Gaswerk with Nihat Anac (managing director SWA Kreativwerk GmbH)
This is your opportunity to conceptualize and develop old ideas with a new twist. Nihat Anac will also reveal something about the origins and development of the Gaswerk and how the idea of creating this "Kreativquartier" out of an old gasworks site originated.

Day 3: Finalization, presentation, little award ceremony
You finalize your ideas and refine your presentations. We are really looking forward to your reinventions and exciting twists on everyday ideas!

Drinks and snacks will be provided :)

Feel free to bring a creative tool of your choice to the workshop - laptop, tablet, drawing pad, painting stuff or similar - surprise us how you want to show your ideas.
