Welche Möglichkeiten bietet der Comic durch die Sequenz und die Leerstellen dazwischen im Fokus auf das Erzähltempo? Wir verarbeiten Minuten-Beobachtungen von Warten, Fahren, Flanieren und Pausieren in Bild- und Wortskizzen. Wir zeichnen wir drinnen und draußen, was wir sehen und hören, und bringen diese Skizzen und Szenen mit ein. In Collagen, Zeichenübungen und spielerischen Experimenten probieren wir, wie unterschiedlich sich Zeit in der gezeichneten Sequenz erzählen lasst. Texte in Form von Dialogen, Erzähltexten und Soundwords können die Zeichnungen ergänzen, kontrastieren, erweitern und sich mit ihnen verflechten. Von allen Teilnehmer*innen wird damit im Laufe der drei Kurstage ein oder mehrere eigene Comic-Kurzgeschichten erstellt. Beispiele aus der aktuellen Comicliteratur geben Inspiration.
What possibilities does the comic offer through the sequence and the empty spaces in between in the focus on the narrative tempo? We process minute observations of waiting, driving, strolling, and pausing into image and word sketches. We draw what we see and hear indoors and outdoors, and incorporate these sketches and scenes. In collages, drawing exercises and playful experiments, we try out how differently time can be told in the drawn sequence. Texts in the form of dialogues, narrative texts and soundwords can complement, contrast, expand and intertwine with the drawings. In the course of the three days of the course, all participants will create one or more of their own comic short stories. Examples from current comic literature will provide inspiration.
